4. Financial Terms: 50% Deposit & Balance on Completion
To ensure smooth project execution and transparent business practice for all residential, commercial, and property development projects across Cape Town, TitanCore Networks enforces the following standard financial policy:
- 50% Deposit: A mandatory 50% upfront deposit is required upon formal quote acceptance to secure booking dates, allocate specialized hardware (CCTV cameras, inverters, cabling, electric fencing), and commence work.
- Balance on Completion: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon satisfactory completion of the installation, testing, and handover of your system (including COC certificates where applicable). Ownership of supplied hardware remains with TitanCore Networks until full and final settlement is received.
